From 2010 until 2022 the Tribal Cultural Heritage in India Foundation supported projects that put the concept of “Paying-It-Forward Payoff” into practice – be it within, among or beyond tribal and other rural communities; particularly those living in harmony with nature, taking care of local cultural traditions, and sensitive to the aspirations of younger members keen on contributing to fields such as education, biodiversity, economic self-reliance and health care.

To achieve these objectives, the foundation worked in close collaboration with educators and other experts in and outside India. In order to stimulate long-term involvement, various ways of improving and creating educational material were explored.

In view of rapidly growing access to the internet and social media, the need for fact-checking is stressed throughout this website.
